We receive approximately 300 EL/PL injury claims per year and the candidate, under the supervision of the In-House Solicitor, will be expected to investigate and manage a portfolio of these claims from inception through to settlement or until the matter is litigated.
The ideal candidate is expected to;
Demonstrate experience in handling matters from inception and be competent in conducting liability investigations, collating disclosure, drafting witness statements and reviewing quantum.
Be familiar with MI reporting.
Have strong observational, time management and communication skills.
