Do you have administration experience? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced and high-volume role? If so, we would love to hear from you! Zurich Corporate risk are looking for a Claim’s administrator to join their team in Swindon. Don’t worry, we’re not expecting you to have claims experience!

You will be supporting Claims by providing administration support to our Claims Case Managers and dealing with customer queries both over the telephone and in writing, whilst also monitoring our busy team mailbox.

This role is available part-time, job-share or full time. This is because we want the best people for our roles, and we recognise that sometimes those people aren’t available full-time.

As a Claims Administrator, you will work closely with our Claims Case managers, providing administrative support.

There will be a lot of spinning plates in this role! Monitoring the team mailbox, contacting GP Surgeries to obtain medical reports required for the assessment of claims and dealing with all kinds of customer queries.

You will need to maintain productivity as well as ensuring the quality and service standards are maintained.

As we mentioned, we’re not expecting you to have Claims experience. It would be great if you have strong administration experience and ideally in a high volume and fast paced environment.

Customers are key to everything we do so we would expect you to share our passion for providing excellent customer service. You will work closely with internal colleagues, including Case Managers so having the ability to build strong relationships is essential.
