Job description
Responsibilities:
- Removal of existing combustible cladding.
- Measure and set up Sub straight.
- Installation of substructure as per design / manufacturers guidelines.
- Installation of Cladding as per design / manufacturers guidelines.
- Maintaining high health and safety standards.
- Ensure high level of housekeeping is maintained.
- Liaising with residents and client where required.
- Providing management with progress and Quality Assurance reports.
Required Experience:
- Experience with varietyof cladding systems.
Qualifications:
- CSCS.
- Trade NVQ desirable but not a necessity.
- DBS (or the ability to obtain).
Desirables:
- SSSTS
- First Aid
- PASMA
- IPAF
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship
Salary: £15.00-£28.00 per hour
