Cinema Manager Warrington
Cineworld Warrington is offering a fantastic opportunity to work in one of the newest cinemas in the Company. Located in Time Square, this newly established leisure quadrant of Warrington is surrounded by bars and restaurants, it includes a newly built market place which is popular with the locals.
You will be joining a small management team and will be responsible for the day to day running of the cinema, you will be tasked to consistently deliver business objectives and operational strategy by effectively managing a team of Team Leaders, and your cinemas day-to-day operations. As an integral member of the Cinema Leadership Team, your focus will on providing an engaging workplace environment, championing succession and development opportunities for all, whilst being a Duty Manager and key-holding on a regular basis.
Weekly working hours are contracted at 39 per week, and are expected to be worked across a mixture of morning, afternoon and evening shifts Monday-Sunday.
The Cinema Manager base salary is driven by the 'complexity' of your cinema. Complexity is calculated though a variety of metrics, but the overarching performance indicator is the number of customer admissions. In addition, you may also receive a location allowance which will vary depending on the location of your cinema.
