Within our new Chocolate Factory based in London, we put the emphasis on handcrafted work. For us, chocolate is a noble product that requires care at every stage, constant attention to the smallest detail.
From the cocoa bean to the chocolate candy, our chocolate maker have an intimate knowledge of the products, have developed a flawless dexterity to crush, crush, coat and have an undeniable passion for the product.
Our know-how, driven by a spirit of transmission and sharing, allows us to elaborate the finest ganaches and to make chocolate bonbons with a perfect blend of textures, flavours and nuances.
As part of our development, we are looking for Chocolatiers in search of excellence.
On a daily basis, you will carry out the different productions (traditional ganache work, praline production, etc.). You will be responsible for the moulding and coating of our products, guaranteeing compliance with the quality standards of the DUCASSE Paris company.
Your profile :
Whether you are a beginner or experienced, you are a passionate Chocolate Maker looking for new challenges with the same demand for perfection as our teams. You are keen to master the technical gestures and the delicacy that goes with them.
Ideally you have a professionnal chocolatier graduate.
Your experience has enabled you to acquire the basic know-how. You are meticulous and have a developed sense of detail and great manual skill. We will train you to develop the rest of your skills.
For the most experienced, we will be careful to strengthen your skills and give you more responsibilities (R&D management, etc.)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £11.50-£12.00 per hour
