Childrens Newly Qualified Social Workers - Social Work Academy
Salary: 30,151 - 31,099
The advertised salary includes a supplement (JWC) to the base grade of the post. JWC supplements are conditional on the physical demands and /or working conditions of the role

We are looking for Newly Qualified Social Workers who are either about to or have recently graduated to join our social work teams. We are ideally looking for applicants who have also had some experience which can include voluntary work within a Children's Services setting.
As part of our Social Work Academy you will:
- Receive support with an Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE) programme from within your team and from the wider Workforce and Organisational Development team.
- Attend bring back days supported by the Social Work Academy Team manager and wider team.
- Access ongoing Continual Professional Development (CPD) within the ASYE programme and within your team
- Experience rural social work in a beautiful part of the world.
Interviews will take place through our Social Work Academy recruitment process (these may be a virtual process)
