Become or next Children Support Worker in the Willesborough area of Ashford in Kent.
We need you if you who have experience of working with children and/or young vulnerable adults who have autism, learning difficulties or other behaviours that challenge. All of our clients live in their own homes and you can help to ensure they live full and rewarding lives.
Our clients are aged between 15 to 24 years old and their conditions include:
- autism
- behaviour that challenges
- learning difficulties.
Requirements to become a Children Support Worker
To become a Children Support Worker you must:
- be a driver, due to the location of the client
- have experience with autism / learning difficulties and Behaviour that Challenges
- be able to work after school, weekends and school holidays
- business insurance
Experience is necessary due to the complexity of individual care requirements of our clients.
Shifts and remuneration
Our Children Support Worker shifts vary between 6 - 12 hours per day and are usually after School, Weekends and School holidays.

- 24 hours support from our trained office staff
- From £13 to £18 p/h depending upon client needs
- paid travel time
- 35p per mile mileage pay

Domiciliary Care Experts specialises in working with service users and their families who require care in their own home. We offer a tailor made service of person-centred care.
Our visit times range from 30 minutes to full live in support. We also have our own complex care department, DCE Complex Care. It provides care for people who have more complex care requirements with support workers who are fully trained and competent with tracheostomy care, gastrostomy care, epilepsy management, acquired brain injury and spinal card injuries.
