Job description
We're searching for dynamic individuals to join our Support Worker team. The successful candidates will supervise and support clients, respond to emergency situations and make sure that a safe environment is maintained at all times. We're looking for a personable individual with excellent communication skills who is flexible and able to work independently as well as part of a team. As this is a highly-skilled position, we're looking for candidates who are committed to the development of personal relationships with employees, clients and others in the community.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and document residents' information.
- Follow the resident care plan.
- Monitor residents' conditions.
- Make sure residents are safe and secure.
- Communicate with other staff members concerning residents' responses in times of distress or conflict.
- Make sure that the facility is secure and that facilities meet requirements set by law, regulations, and licensing bodies.
Job Types: Full-time, Temp to perm
Salary: From £14.81 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
