Job description
Alexanders House children's home in Sunderland is looking to appoint a full time Residential Care Worker to start Approx. March 2023, we have a member of staff who is leaving and we are just waiting for her 1 month notice period.
The rate of pay is £11.25 per hour working 36 hours per week (£21060) per annum with 201.4 hours of holiday.
The Shift patterns are 2 shifts per week from 10am - 10am consisting of working a sleep in shift shift paid at an additional £62.50 per shift on top of your salary.
We are a children's home for 3 children aged 5-15 on admission. You will be joining a team of 9 other staff who have been at the home with us long term.
Its essential you have at least 2 years working in a residential childcare setting and have a level 3 Residential Childcare qualification or equivalent or be working towards this
