We are looking to recruit a Qualified Social Worker within a Children & Families Social Care Industry. Our client has a well-structure and organised team that are looking to grow their staffing levels. With a focus on restorative social work practice, our client provides their staff with excellent management support and supervision to encourage best practice and innovation to flourish. They are committed to giving social workers the time to work directly and in partnership with families to achieve positive change for children. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced and supportive team within Redcar and Cleveland Council. Main duties include: Extensive experience of section 47 investigations. Risk management. Screening referrals. Able to work autonomously. Investigating any concerns of neglect through section 47 investigations. Clear understanding of the principle and function of a Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub. Evidence of ability to use analytical skills to determine positive outcomes for children and young people within tight timescales. Previous experience of working with partner agencies to gather information essential. To be successful: For this role you will need to be a Qualified Social Worker with a HCPC Registration and educated to Degree Level. The client requests that the worker will have significant experience and can work with a full caseload. You will also need to have the Eligibility to Work in the UK with previous experience within a Children's Looked After role.
