Tops Days Nursery in Winchester is seeking a Nursery Practitioner Level 3 to join our team, working on a full-time capacity.

Duties:
- Support and promote children’s early education and development
- Plan and provide effective care, teaching and learning that enables children to progress and prepares them for school
- You must be brave and innovative. Don't follow the crowd, do what makes you proud.
- Make accurate and productive use of assessment
- You will preferably have a little quirkiness – If a child request that you be an astronaut navigating a rocketship full of dinosaurs through out of space, you will be the best astronaut you can be!
- Develop effective and informed practice
- Safeguard and promote the health, safety and welfare of children
- Must not be afraid to dance in the rain, make mud pies, build sandcastles in the snow and explore the local environment.
- Work in partnership with the key person, colleagues, parents and carers or other professionals
- Be passioned about sustainability and caring for the environment
Minimum requirement:
A minimum of a Level 3 Early Years Qualification is required. All successful candidate will be subject to safety checks, including a full-completed Application Form and a DBS Checks.
