Predicts trends in the aerospace and technology government defense entities, predicts trends in political shifts and the ability to influence actual effect changes in government policies through innovation.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

This role may suit an individual who is a specialist in true innovative AI, cybersecurity and automation to lead and oversee the innovation function within the BULLISHER Organization (a data driven revolutionary changes through innovation). Developing and implementing strategy for innovation initiatives. E.g Data collection, building very sophisticated models and using descriptive, predictive models, Data cleansing, machine programming, huge deep learning models, package AI, AI to generate custom applications, vision AI, natural languages “generate codes as human programmers”. These models will be used for specific projects and applications.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

  • 20yrs+ executive level experience in cybersecurity and innovative AI
  • A proven experience in achieving automation goals. E.g custom models base on how users are interacting
  • Hands on traditional automation technology RPA ( robotics process automation) connection between those automation technologies and their users.
  • Academic level training in speech recognition.

DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND MANAGEMENT RELATIONSHIPS:

  • Observe, orient, decide and act “OODA”.
  • Evaluate new technologies and trends to identify opportunities for the startup.
  • The Chief Innovation Officer will also be responsible for managing the innovation budget and ensuring that resources are being used effectively.
  • They will need to have strong problem-solving skills and be able to think outside the box to come up with creative solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and spearhead projects to bring these ideas to fruition.
  • Train a deep learning network to understand the different elements of UI and automatically generate codes for those.
  • Based on our current operations, based on our current processes, you have to collect a lot of data and work with cross functional-team e.g data scientists will build these models to mimic what humans use to do on this scale project.
  • Look at the interface between our users/syndicate members “ aerospace and defense contractors”.How they connect with the systems and data they need to access in a way that feels native to them. E.g expectations perspective and needs perspectives.
  • Tailor our automation around marring the existing systems and augmenting it based on the technology you have at your disposal.
  • Empower the employees to automate their tasks reflecting on what they can automate.
  • Design systems that we can take our own user inputs and train those systems very quickly to be able to recognise what the user might say. E.g MLU engines, fulfilment engines.
  • Implement these projects and start realising value immediately.
  • Security needs to be embedded into all the solutions and be resilient.
  • Automate the infrastructure that the data science team uses
  • Set up and manage AI development and product infrastructure
  • Convert the MACHINE LEARNING MODELS into application program interfaces (APIs) so that other applications can use it
  • Build data ingestion and data transformation infrastructure
  • Build AI models from scratch and help the different components of the organization (such as the syndicate members) understand what results they gain from the model
  • Be a good team player, as coordinating with others is a must
  • As an CHIEF INNOVATION OFFICER, you need to perform certain tasks, such as develop, test, and deploy AI models through programming algorithms.

KEY REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATION:

  • Preferred PHD in AI ( artificial intelligences).
  • Full time office based role
  • Master’s degree in a similar discipline.
