(Requires 32-40 hours minimum a week year round. Must be at least 18 years old) **CANDLERS CROSSING location is located in front of Hobby Lobby in Lynchburg. Positions Include: Front of House (Drive Thru and Front Counter), Back of House (Kitchen), Back of House Prep (Cold Product Prep), Catering, and Maintenance > FRONT OF HOUSE: Includes all operations on the front counter, in the dining room, and inside/outside drive-thru areas. > BACK OF HOUSE (Kitchen): Includes all chicken prep from raw chicken handling, cooking, and product assembling. Includes some maintenance procedures such as handling of the pressure cookers/deep fryers as well as the dish area. > BACK OF HOUSE PREP (Cold Product Prep): Includes all prepping of cold products that includes but is not limited to: lettuce, tomatoes, salads, wraps, fruit cups, etc. > CATERING: The catering position includes all daily operations of catering inside the restaurant which includes but is not limited to: assembling of catering orders, delivery of catering orders, and front/back of house operations as needed. **This position requires a valid drivers license and over the age of 18** > MAINTENANCE: This position oversees maintenance of the restaurant which includes but is not limited to: fixing day-to-day issues with equipment, working directly with the Facilities Director, cleanliness of front/back of house area, and all other duties as assigned. - - - - - - Full-Time Team Members Full-Time Team Members have the option of choosing what area they would like to start in. Areas of the business include Front of House, Back of House, or Prep. Cross-training is available to those who are interested. Hours and Scheduling We are open 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Saturday with a commitment to being closed on Sundays. We ask for a 15 hour per week minimum and have all positions and shifts available for full-time and part-time including morning, day, and evening. Competitive Pay Competitive pay starts at $14/hr for full-time team members but is based on past experience, commitment, and availability.
