Salary: £28,500 plus welcome bonus £1,500

You must be on track to achieving at least a 2:1 Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Environmental Engineering/Science, Geology, Biology.

The graduate programme

Tata Steel offers a development programme, with a 70-20-10 model of learning and the opportunity to achieve your first appointment from the 12 month mark, dependent on your progress.
During that first 12 months, we will give you real projects to deliver, along with formal training to help you develop your programme skills, influence people and manage effectively. During this time, you will have opportunities to work collaboratively with various departments to discover the best solutions whilst ensuring solutions proposed align with business strategic goals.
