Job description
As part of our Kitchen Team in Palm Court, you are responsible for preparing and cooking our quality food to a high standard.
Some Duties:
· To clean, prepare and stock up the kitchen and takeaway area ready for the day’s trade.
· To replenish stocks throughout the day as needed.
· To prepare, cook and present food in compliance with departmental standards.
· To conform to Food Hygiene Regulations at all times.
· To maintain high standards of personal hygiene and appearance.
· To wear the correct uniform at all times.
