We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Chef who is willing to use his or her cooking talents to help support our growth. The ideal candidate for this position has previous experience working in a kitchen environment and strong customer service skills. A successful candidate will work directly with our executive culinary staff to create menus that support the evolving needs of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Create new dishes that make use of ingredients recently brought into the market.
- Test dishes for palatability, preparing them for large groups of people.
- Communicate with suppliers about the availability and quality of ingredients.
- Work with other chefs to create seasonal menus.
- Work with other chefs to make dishes more appealing to customers.
- Work closely with sommeliers to serve food that pairs well with the wine list.
- Create new recipes for long-time customers.
- Know how to use kitchen equipment, including grills and microwaves.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £12.00 per hour
