Chef Manager – Salary up to £35,000 per annum
Full autonomy to develop your own menus using fresh local ingredients
Chef Manager Role overview
· Working pattern – Monday to Friday, 6.30am – 3pm, hours as and when required.
· 40 hours over per week.
· Competitive Salary – up to £35,000 per annum.
· Managing a team of 5 across all shift patterns, all services and labour resources in line with client budgets with consistent achievement of financial targets.
· Detailed reporting to the Operations Manager on all aspects of finances including gross profit achievement, stock management, wastage, sales control and identifying areas of non-performance with actions to resolve them.
· Having a “hands on” approach to all tasks including customer service, operating the till system, assisting all team members in maintaining company standards in their work area.
· Managing Food Safety, Health & Safety and Allergens legislation, record keeping and conducting periodic audits.
· Using a ‘smart till’.
· Providing a diverse range of freshly prepared and cooked meals for our customers, inclusive of grab and go style Street Food.
· Ensuring all HACCP and Allergen policies are met and due diligence is completed accurately.
· Representing TNS and maintaining excellent relationships with our clients and customers.

We have an exciting opportunity for an outstanding & versatile Chef Manager who wants to work with fresh ingredients and is determined to deliver excellent value, high quality food and service, with the autonomy to develop the service into your own at a new location in Doxford
You must be imaginative when it comes to food and menu planning, diverse and skilled in a range of cuisines with the ability to manage costs to budget. The expectation is to work on developing the service, drive sales and to coach and motivate the team as you will be a positive thinker.
You will be joining TNS on an exciting journey as the business grows, building the relationships and developing the service at this established location in Swindon, operating over 7 days with breakfast and lunch , Monday to Friday with a bruch service at weekends, as well as providing hospitality to our clients and customers.
You will be an integral part of the TNS family and you will turn your hand to any task as required to ensure excellent standards and continuity of services to our clients, particularly when challenging circumstances arise.
Chef Manager Requirements
· Previous experience as a Chef Manager diserable, a minimum of 3 years leadership expierence .
· Commitment to delivering an excellent level of customer service.
· Ability to innovate and strategise
· Excellent personal and food presentation standards
· Food Safety level 3 and training on allergens, Natasha’s Law and Nutritional Guidelines diserable, but full training can be provided
