Job Title: Chef De Partie

Location: Nr Evesham, Worcestershire

Pay: £32,448 Per Annum

Contract: Permanent – Full Time

gap personnel, acting as an employment agency, are proud to be working in partnership with one of the leading Boutique Hotel companies in the Cotswolds, which now have an exciting job opportunity as a Chef De Partie.

This is a Company of Luxury Boutique hotels and self-catering cottages based near Evesham In Worcestershire. They are a multi award winning company, with rosettes in all their establishments, also Michelin stars! You will be working with some very well-known chefs in the culinary world, one of the chefs is from a 2 Michelin star background, the other is a chef from Master Chef The Professionals.

Experience:

· Must have a previous solid 2 Rosette or Michelin Background

· Be able to comfortably manage a section

· Be organized, methodical and work tidy

· Prepping and cooking to the companies standards

· be able to do an accurate mise en place list

· HACCAP knowledge

· Strong understanding of food hygiene practices, stock rotation and labelling

· Allergen knowledge

· Reporting ingredients that need ordering to the Head Chef

Successful candidates will have experience working in similar role, as part of the selection process, Interviews will be held at the company’s unit.

Working hours/Shift Pattern:

· 48 hours contracted, can be up to 54 hours

· Usually, 2 split shifts and 3 straight shifts per week
