Job description
We are currently looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at a Michelin starred restaurant in Cotham, Bristol.
We offer a tasting menu exclusively, with a light Scandinavian/Japanese/classical French influence. We are a small team, there is an expectation for each chef to run their own section. It is also a great opportunity for a creative chef to offer their own input in a small independent restaurant.
Staff food is provided for each shift, and we have two consecutive days off every Monday and Tuesday.
Listed Salary includes service charge, base salary will depend on experience.
