Responsibilities:
We are looking for an expeienced Chef de partie to work a 4 day week!!!
- Have expert knife skills.
- Manage your section in the kitchen.
- Manage a complex menu.
- Taste food from the line and identify those that need re-cooking or re-seasoning.
- Clean, store and organize large amounts of equipment.
- Work fast and be consistent.
- Adapt to changing schedules, tastes and menu items to ensure smooth operations.
- Bring new ideas to the table.
- Help with allotment (N.A)
- Be punctual and passionate about what you do.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
