A bit about what you will be doing: We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. As a Chef de Partie, you will play a vital role in our kitchen, overseeing and executing the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food in your assigned section. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining high culinary standards, ensuring the quality and consistency of dishes, and adhering to all established recipes and guidelines. You will collaborate with our team of dedicated professionals, providing guidance and training to junior cooks while fostering a positive and efficient work environment. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing inventory, monitoring ingredient freshness, and maintaining a clean and organized workstation. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional culinary skills, attention to detail, and a strong passion for creating extraordinary dining experiences.
