Located in the heart of London in Marylebone, Les 110 Taillevent is a gastronomic restaurant with a capacity of 50 covers. The concept is to suggest 110 wine by the glass.
For generations, Taillevent is proud to have built strong relationships with many winemakers. As a consequence, les 110 Taillevent has a wine-list offering more than 2000 references including some of the most prestigious French and international wineries.
The restaurant is based on creativity and dynamic, showcasing the savoir-faire and experience of the team.
Our kitchen team is always sourcing for high quality products across the U.K offering a modern British cuisine supported by traditional French techniques. The dishes are elegant and balance described as Harmonious by the best food critics.
We are looking for a talented Chef de partie who can hold his own on a section
Someone who has high-end/fine dining experience and used to that environment coupled with an excellent work ethic.
You will be working with excellent quality ingredients creating stunning seasonal dishes within this famous fine dining establishment.
Due to the busy nature of the role you will need to be organized, happy working under-pressure and great at working in a highly professional motivated team.

Skills
An understanding of French/ European cuisine
