Job Title: Chef de Partie - 37-45 hours per week.
Location: Abel Heywood, Northern Quarter, MCR
Pay: Up to £11ph + Tips where applicable + Benefits.

Working Hours: Up to 48 hours a week including evenings and weekends, flexible shifts, 2 consecutive rest days each week, no split shifts.

Your Role - Hydes Chef de Partie
Here at Hydes, food quality and looking after our people is key. As our Chef de Partie, you will enjoy delivering excellent food standards always, to deliver our seasonal menus and daily specials, in a friendly and supportive environment.
As a key member of the brigade, you will have an attention to detail, ensuring all dishes are prepared to spec, and have experience of all stations with the ability to produce a range of starters, mains and desserts. You will also support your Kitchen Manager with food ordering, stock management, and maintaining a 5-star rating.
