We are currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie, to joinThe Grand Jersey Hotel & Spa, part of Hand Picked Hotels We are currently seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join our dynamic team. As a Chef de Partie, you will play a vital role in the smooth running of our kitchen and be responsible for ensuring that our high standards of food preparation and presentation are maintained across all of our outlets About you: You’ll have previous experience in a similar environment and roleYou’ll be a stickler for hygiene and be able to demonstrate best practiceYour knowledge of food and technical skills will be outstanding You’ll feel comfortable in a fast-paced, busy environment Most of all, you’ll have an approachable, positive and proactive manner Our Benefits include: Salary of £14.68 per hour, 42.5 with all overtime paid A share of the service charge – 100% of which is split between the team Live-in accommodation available Company pension scheme with a generous employer contribution Life assurance scheme.
