This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and passionate Chef de Partie who is keen to join a professional brigade under the guidance of a talented award winning Head Chef. This Restaurant is set in beautiful surroundings and is currently looking to recruit to strengthen their existing brigade. A fantastic salary with great tips are also benefits of this position and a 4 Day Week
The Role:
As Chef de Partie you will be working within different sections of the kitchen and will be required to prepare quality cuisine using fresh local produce. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and hygienic working environment and must be aware of all health and safety aspects within the kitchen. The ideal candidate will be of a creative nature with a passion for producing high quality cuisine.
Due to the location of the property a driver would be an advantage. Also help to relocate will be given if you live out of the area.

All applicants should be qualified to NVQ Level 2 or 3. Have an up to date Hygiene Certificate and have gained experience as a Chef de Partie in a minimum 2AA Rosette establishment.
