The Head Chef and his team have a great relationship with local farmers and fishermen to ensure their menus are fresh, seasonal and locally-sourced. Their Menu offers traditional favourites as well as a range of contemporary dishes to choose from.

As Chef de Partie you will need:
To have clear talent and passion.
You will adhere to the high standards that this property is well known for whilst working effectively as a team.
You will ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest of quality.
You will help enable the team to achieve the highest levels of standards and service.
Requirements of this Chef de Partie position:
Ideally NVQ Level 2/3
Experience of working within a similar property
Good knowledge of cooking techniques and styles
Good understanding of food, hygiene and safety

Should also possess NVQ level 1 and 2 or equivalent, and hygiene certificate.
