Haulfryn family is looking for a Chef de Partie to join a growing team at our friendly holiday resort, at Finlake
We have a variety of shifts available.
Finlake Resort & Spa is located in South Devon near the beautiful village of Chudleigh. A passionate and professional individual is required to create delicious food offerings in our outlets which are named The Hub and The Retreat. Finlake Resort & Spa is our largest park with owners and holiday owners who expect nothing but the best and we are looking for you.

What Will You Do
- Prepare, cook and present dishes within your specialty
- Manage and train commis working with you
- Develop new dishes and menus
- Ensure you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
- Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
What Will You Bring

Any of the below
- 14-19 Hospitality & Catering diploma
- City & Guilds diplomas in professional cookery
- A foundation degree in culinary arts
- BTEC HND in professional cookery
- or equivalent
- Any health and safety and food hygiene courses
- Great cooking skills
- An ability to delegate appropriately
- Organisational flair
- A grasp of profit margins
