If you're looking to develop your career in a stunning venue and a 4 AA rosette kitchen, our Chef de Partie role at the luxury Dormy House Hotel in the Cotswolds could be the perfect next step for you. Dormy House boasts two restaurants, The Back Garden (3 AA rosettes, Michelin Guide listed) and our chef's table 12 seater tasting restaurant MO (4 AA rosettes, Michelin Guide listed) and our successful candidate will have the opportunity to work within both. Whether it's our British/French a la carte in The Back Garden, our 8-course tasting menu in MO, or our exquisite afternoon tea at the weekends, our Head Chef Mat Blanchard and his team pride themselves on featuring locally sourced and Estate grown ingredients, prepared and served with expert detail, using unusual and high end techniques. Overseen by Martin Burge, our previously 2 Michelin-starred Culinary Director, you'll work alongside and learn from the best. We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join us and run a kitchen section, with the assistance of junior chefs. The contract is 48 hours per week, and will include working evenings and weekends. We offer an excellent package of just under £36,000 per year (£32,448 basic, plus £3-£3,500 per year service charge). We can also usually offer live in accommodation (from £173 per month including bills).
