We are seeking an Experienced Chef de Partie to join our team for a new restaurant in Clapham SW4. Brooke is the sister restaurant to our award winning, rosette awarded site Brook House in Fulham. As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring that they are of the highest quality and consistency.The ideal candidate will have appropriate experience in a similar role and be passionate about cooking with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Our kitchen will feature everything prepared on site, including in-house butchery and bakery.
