Are you a bit of Birch, here is what is needed to join us… Look at you go!! You are well on your way to running a kitchen on your own. You are a Chef De Partie and you are mastering your skills alongside some great executive chefs and have we got a great one for you!! You will have a specialty in either larder, meat and fish or garnish. You know your way around the kitchen and can support those aspiring to be you as well as ask questions to develop yourself from those above you. Who are you? A values driven individual who speaks their mind, is brave enough to be different, and believes in caring in all that you do. Understands food and is eager to contribute to menu development ensuring locally sourced produce is at the heart of our menu. Innovative and looks for new ways to delight our guests. A great communicator that manages their time well, you are always one step ahead. Inspires new team members and develops them to progress in the business, you love training and watching people grow from sharing your knowledge. Has great knife skills and knowledge of all food safety measures to ensure we deliver a safe kitchen, that does not endanger our team or guests. Follows proper safety guidelines and sanitation practices following the principles of HACCP. Preparation and delivery of food items in line with the menu specification Can manage a busy kitchen section with ease while enjoying the moment. Understands essential paperwork on reporting wastage, deliveries, temperatures and ensures these are recorded accurately.
