What’s the role about?
As part of our Culinary Department, you’ll be joining as our Chef de Partie, responsible for a section in the kitchen and the production of delectable dishes, serving stylish modern food in a relaxed but fast paced environment. Your talent will ensure our guests have the best dining experience in our Restaurant.
You will have the opportunity to use fresh produce, sourced from our own fruit, vegetable and herb garden to use in service.
Hours of work: 3 double shifts 9am-11pm 1 straight shift 9am-4pm or 4pm-11pm. 3 days off per week. (open to discuss shift patterns at interview)
Who you are
• Proven experience in a similar role within a 5* luxury company is desirable
• Excellent time management skills and able to work to deadline
• Attention to detail, efficient and responsible
• Ability to work as part of a team and individually
• A genuine passion for the culinary arts and the desire to progress in this field
