You will have a passion for hospitality and will enjoy working with high net worth clientele. The services provided are based on outstanding care, authentic choice and unrivalled hospitality within a village community that includes a Registered Domiciliary Nursing Care Service and Nursing Home. You will be reporting to and assisting the Chef Manager & Sous Chef.Summary of responsibilities on objectives:The Chef De Partie will deliver and assist with excellent culinary service, utilising exceptional skills and experience. This will ensure the delivery of a high-quality dishes coming out of the kitchen, support a robust learning environment and ensure efficient and effective day to day operations.- You will be expected to Prep, cook and assemble dishes and make sure that they go out on time- You will oversee a specific section of the kitchen such as Garde Manger, Roundsman, Vegetable, Fry sauces, fish or pastry, so you'll need to have a sound knowledge of cooking.- Assist the sous chef or head chef in developing menus- Delegate and share responsibilities with other chefs.- To work in conjunction with the service staff to ensure a high level of service is received by the guest.- Mandatory DBS checkExperience:- Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar role, proven track record of meeting targets- Experience working in 5* hotel and or Michelin star restaurants- An HND foundation degree or degree in professional cookery or culinary arts would be desirable- Experience of stock rotation and labelling- Experience of due diligenceJob Types: Permanent, Full-timeSalary: Up to £34,000.00 per yearSchedule:Day shiftWeekend availabilityWork Location: In person
