Working hours of 8am-4pm with winter hours dropping to 8am-3pm.Jackson's cafe is a popular and busy site set amongst the beautiful California Country Park in Finchampstead. We are renowned for our fantastic cooked breakfasts, working with fresh, quality ingredients. We are looking for someone to join our friendly family run team to work alongside our passionate and hard working chefs.Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards- Assist in meal preparation and plating- Ensure food safety and sanitation practices are followed at all times- Collaborate with the Head Chef to create new dishes and menu items- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area- Adhere to all kitchen policies and proceduresRequirements:- Proven experience as a line cook or in a similar role- Knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities- Food safety certification is preferred but not requiredIf you have a passion for cooking and want to be part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
