Job description
- Washing, peeling and preparing food ingredients
- Using equipment such as mixers, special knives and cutters
- Reviewing kitchen inventory and determining what items are needed
- Unloading fresh supplies and organising the stockroom
- Checking sell-by dates and rotating food stock
- Cleaning kitchen appliances, ovens, dishes and pans
- Observing cooking times and correct temperatures
- Helping main chef to produce the food ordered by customers
- Be able to work as a team and individually and produce the meals to spec
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30 per week
Salary: £7.27-£13.94 per hour
