We’re recruiting some chefs to join a close knit independent pub team.The Role can be full or part time to help balance schedules and other commitments. Ideally some kitchen experience would be very beneficial. An interest/passion in food would be needed.Tasks would consist of :Prepping produce for the kitchen ie. Chopping vegetables, prepping sauces, forming patties etc.operating deep fat fryers & griddle’sOccasionally popping produce away whilst labelling and date-checking on things coming in.Being able to keep on top of orders and remain calm in a busy and space constrained environment.Maintain a clean and comfortable kitchen - Keeping up with all health & safety regulation.sGenerally just flipping burgers and putting a couple of smiles on peoples faces.Unfortunately are kitchen is small yet very eventful. Due to this the right people to work alongside us would need to have calm and collected energy.
