Job description
As a Chef at Sodexo in RAF Brize Norton. Your ambition of culinary is passionate.. and we understand the true strength it takes to be a chef! What you’ll do:
- Assistance with running service/preparation/other duties of the busy working kitchen
- Ensuring strict adherence to all EHO guidelines and systems
- improvisation and maximise the use of existing stocks where necessary.
- Working with the FOH team to drive the service excellence
- Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulations
- Prepare, produce and present food to the highest standard
What you bring:
- NVQ lv 2/3 - Essential
- Basic IT skills
- Experience in menu production and confident input
- Exposure to bulk cooking
- The enthusiasm to develop and learn new skills

Late shift- 11:00-19:00 - £12.30 per hour ✓
