Job description
For us it’s all about the pizza. Just like in Naples, our dough is made on site every day, takes 48 hours to ferment and just 70 seconds to cook. It is soft, light & floppy.
Who we are;
Happy Dough Lucky started off life as a pop-up at festivals, markets & venues across Nottingham. Since 2018 we became the permanent residents of our first pizzeria within The Lacehouse. Since then our mission has been to create the tastiest pizzas outside of Naples - nothing makes us prouder than a perfect pizza! It is now the time we expand our brand across the UK and looking for the perfect people to join us on our journey…
