With the warmer months fast approaching, we are looking for an experienced team of pizza chefs to run our brand new outside pizza kitchen at the Telegraph in Putney Heath! if you have a passion for producing quality stone baked sour dough pizzas and want to be part of a thriving business then we’re ready for you.

Your Bread and Butter
- Basic up to £13 per hour, plus tronc (that’s your card tips that are paid into your bank)*
- Working hours: Monday – Thursday 4pm – 10pm & Friday – Sunday 11am – 10pm

About you...
You may have experience in catering as a chef, pizza chef, line cook, breakfast chef, section chef or chef de partie in a restaurant, gastro pub or the wider hospitality sector. As our Pizza Chef you'll be working mainly in our outside kitchen, producing fresh delicious stone baked pizzas from an Alfa Pro gas fired oven and there will be opportunity to grow the food offering. Previous experience required of making fresh pizza in a high volume and fast paced environment. You will be part of the main kitchen crew working with our Head Chef Marius, and on those rainy days you will be cross trained to work across all areas of our main kitchen. If you’re passionate about fresh food cookery you’re likely to be our kind of person and we would love to hear from you!
