Requirements of Chef
- Step into the restaurant with a smile on your face in a skip in your step
- Maintaining impeccable standards within kitchen through prep, service and cleanliness
- No job too big or too small
- Be a team player - you're the first to jump in if someone's falling behind
- Building a strong knowledge of our menu, suppliers, ingredients and presentation of dishes
Responsibilities of the Chef:
- To support the head chef & sous in the day to day running of kitchen
- Run section and organise section prep
- Keep standards and hygiene levels high
Salary & Benefits
- £10.50- £11.50 per hour depending on experience
- Cash & card tips split equally between team
- Weekly pay
