About our Business Management Degree Apprenticeship:

Over the period of 3 ½ years, you will be working towards your Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship Level 6, with our partner Arden University alongside building your knowledge, skills, and behaviours in a specific business area.

Modules will include subjects such as project management techniques, developing personal and management skills and applied business analytics. There will also be an opportunity to own and deliver a work-based project as you grow on your journey with us.

Our Chartered Management Degree Apprenticeship Programme is about supporting and developing new talent. We are focussed on developing skills and encouraging fresh thinking so that our business and people grow together. To balance study and work, you will be given dedicated weekly ‘off job’ study time to set you up for success.

Once you achieve a minimum of a 2:1 in your degree, you will be invited to apply for one of our Constellation Automotive Group Programmes, including our generalist programme that rotates throughout multiple business area over 18 months.

Wage: Year 1 (£14,000), Year 2 (£15,000), Year 3 (£17,000)

Duration: 3 ½ years

Apprenticeship and Degree: Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship (BA Hons) Business Management Level 6 through Arden University

Start Date: September 2023

Role Accountabilities:

• Within this role, you will be assigned to work as a part of different Constellation companies and departments and projects. This could include working within the People Team (HR), Group Technology, Business Efficiency, Sales, Customer Service, Operations or Logistics.
• You will develop and improve your skills through live projects designed to meet our business needs, to improve the way our organisation works.
• During the apprenticeship, you will be engaging with stakeholders at different levels including Operational Managers, Site Managers, BCA employees and our customers.
• You will apply project management, communication, strategic and leadership skills learnt through your studies and on the job experience.
• You will provide administration and coordination support in your placements.

What qualifications and skill set do I need?

• GCSE’s English and Maths graded 4 or above (essential)
• 3 x A-Levels C Graded or above (essential)
• Full UK Driving Licence (desired)
• Take accountability for your own learning and development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A desire to develop strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A flexible approach to work, with an ability to manage multiple tasks
• Strong team player approach with the capability to network
• Ability to work autonomously, but not be afraid to ask for help or support
• Proactivity, with a keen eye for improved efficiency
