AYP is looking for an ambitious sales executive to help us secure contracts and funding with Ebay Selling Partners
- You must be able to work on your own and arrange appointments
- You need to be ambitious so that you can earn a really high income and help the charity raise funds
What you will do
Working on your own schedule you will make appointments from a pool of over 18 million active Ebay Sellers. Your role will be to convince them to donate a percentage of their sales to our charity. The more people you convince the higher your earnings will be.

- Emotionally Mature – addressing emotional issues such as lack of support, depression, lack of morale, etc.
- Mentally Alert and Inspired – providing informal and alternative means of development i.e. Accredited courses and workshops
- Socially Integrated – addressing social issues such as lack of social interaction, bullying, drugs awareness, gang involvement, conflict resolution, community cohesion etc.
WHAT IS A YOUTH WORKER?
A Youth Worker’s role is to support the holistic development of the young people through informal learning activities. A Youth Worker’s role is not to babysit the young person but to engage them through positive activities and through building positive relationships with the young people. A Youth Worker treats the young person like an adult and challenges him/her to develop life skills and themselves by improving their morality, etiquette, personal values, motivation in a positive manner.
WHAT DOES A YOUTH WORKER DO?
At AYP, our Youth Worker’s organise, supervise and lead activities that young people can partake in. This may simply involve playing a game of basketball with a group of young people, running an art session or facilitating a workshop on bullying. As you build relationships with young people, you will be able to support their development by raising their confidence, challenging their personal inhibitions and inspiring them to reach their potential. Often you may be required to support the young people you meet when they have problems by providing a listening ear or advising them. Without a doubt, you will be at the front-line of society, shaping and informing a new generation of young people.
