This is an incredible opportunity to support the charity and philanthropic efforts of a global investment bank and financial services firm. Our client is looking for a Charity Programme Manager to join their team on a temporary assignment.

Charity Programme Manager Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the portfolio of over two hundred volunteer projects in order to ensure the success of the charity programme, the internal stakeholder experience, and partnership with the community organisations
- Delivering presentations to non-profit partners and internal stakeholders
- Conducting training on a bi-weekly basis
- Communicating with various internal departments to coordinate on-going logistical planning (events, marketing campaign, marketing material distribution & t-shirt fulfilment; drafting communications & training materials)
- Assisting with end of season program evaluation with data collection & data analysis
- Multi-tasking projects and assignments with reporting responsibility to manager
- Planning, coordinating and overseeing the transportation for several hundred projects
- 2-4 years’ experience in operations, volunteer management or client services
- Team player, skilled at managing multiple projects and people
- Flexibility, thinking on your feet, ability to manage time and competing priorities well, ability to get things done
- Critical thinker with good judgment and problem-solving ability
- Willingness to work full time from the office, and commit to assignment length, plus work occasional weekends and regular early mornings
- Good knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word for presentations and data analysis
