Channel Operations Lead

Location: (Hybrid Working) – London
Working hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Mon to Fri

What you’ll do


To support the sales ambition of selected sales channels through input into the total demand plan for all channels across all devices and management of stock available to sell in those channels. Aligning with key stakeholders on a regular basis and provide information into those channel contacts to ensure strong sales and good stock management
  • Manage optimal stock in channel to support total business ambition.
  • Be the SC point of contact for retail team, stores and logistics partner
  • Ensure stock is managed in the warehouse in a timely manner to support forecasted channel sales
  • Support NPS and lifecycle management through all working practices
  • Support and deputise for Channel Operations Manager
  • Support wider supply chain team as channel expert.

  • Analytical Mind-set – manage large data buckets of information and ability to communicate business implications from complex data.
  • Commercially minded with attention to detail
