Channel Marketing Manager – PRYZM, Cardiff
REKOM are looking for a passionate Channel Marketing Manager.
The right candidate will lead by example, be highly motivated, skilled in bars/clubs and be passionate about the sector to join and lead the team in this well-established venue in the heart of Cardiff.
This unique and special club is situated in the heart of Cardiff’s nightlife and is a popular destination venue. Delve inside this South-Wales super club and you will find three distinctly styled music rooms and an exclusive VIP lounge which come alive at night. Main room PRYZM enjoys the latest in sound and light technology, Disco which pumps out all the retro hits on its illuminated dance floor and Curve situated on the ground floor playing the latest RnB hits. The club offers high service standards with booth seating that can be reserved in advance, including personal table service and a premium product range. PRYZM provides glamour, style and opulence to the city’s nightclub scene.

What can you do for us?
This is a full-time position and the ideal candidate should have experience in the promotions and marketing of a venue and can demonstrate strong social media skills, an outgoing personality and dynamic leadership style in driving the team. The working week is fluid and includes both day and evening hours. Salary dependant on experience and training!

- an annual salary of up to £25k - £30k per annum, depending on experience;
- the opportunity to join the largest late-night operator in Denmark, Norway, Finland and the UK; and
- many support functions via our HUB office and senior management team.
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- driving the promotions team to increase the footfall for each trading session;
- communicate to the promotions team about promotional offers applicable to each trading session;
- liaise with management about opposition content and footfall and any other relevant information;
- ensure that you are well informed of the content for each trading session such as entry and drinks pricing, content, DJs and music policy;
- upselling of booths;
- overseeing the general growth of admissions through promotional activities; and
- providing the management team with ideas for future promotions and marketing ideas, and much much more!
- Delivering social media content to support the calendar of events
All applicants must be well presented, professional, a good communicator with excellent overall operational standards. Candidates must eligible to work in the UK.
This is a full time and permanent role that will see you working shift patterns that include evenings and weekends, so you must be flexible in terms of the hours required of you. This is by no means a 9 to 5 role and all applicants should take this into consideration. Our team love what they do! We have a passion for providing an experience second to none.
