Job Description

About the Role

As a Change & Release Manager, you will work in a fast-paced environment, working closely with Operations Reliability Engineering and engineering teams. In fact, there aren’t many stakeholders you won’t speak to, which makes this job super dynamic and interesting!

We are looking for an experienced Change and Release Manager who is open to onboarding new technologies, enhancing the way we work, and improving processes, workflows and integrations. You will manage changes through Path to Live into Production providing frictionless deployment, whilst enabling velocity with the right level of governance.

What You’ll be Doing

From delivering pioneering features, to cost saving changes, we’re facilitating and enabling the organisation to deliver key projects and features to keep us at the front of the market.

When governing changes & releases through Path to Live, we know our customers need support navigating their way through to Production and that’s where you’d come in. There’s a lot we can do in this space and that’s why we’re looking for someone with a solid understanding of Change & Release best practices and a drive to continually develop themselves.

You’d be working in our Change & Release Management team focusing on continuous improvement in our drive to increase change velocity and reduce friction. You’ll need to delve into process problems or manage scheduling conflicts or manage stakeholder communication/expectations. Then once you’re settled in, you’ll be a superstar at delivery too!

You'll also support our culture by driving Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategies.
