Change Project Manager
· Initial 12 months Fixed Term Contract
· Near Epsom (due to location own transport is beneficial)
· Hybrid working (head office / remote split)
· Circa £75K + Bonus + Car

The Opportunity
Our client, a global automotive company based near Epsom, is looking for a Change Project Manager to bring together 4 companies and make the transition in the eyes of the customer to just one aligned function.
This is a truly exciting opportunity to make a real difference and pull together vehicles, finance, maintenance, insurance, and mobility services in the eyes of the client’s corporate customers.
Responsibilities
· Working with the General Manager and the Senior Management team you will be pivotal in driving change management.
· You will help break down silos, challenge thinking, revitalise processes, systems, and functions to emerge as a modern, joined up customer solutions provider.
· You will help with visualisation, presentation, budgeting and breaking down problems to work cross function and cross company on solution identification and resolution.
· You will help diarise, prioritise and drive work flows towards common goals that you will help identify and set.
What you’ll get

· You will work within sales and marketing, finance, customer services, insurance and leasing at senior levels and gain experience of the full automotive landscape as a consequence.
· You will be given the best access possible to business leaders and the wider team and you will be supported with budget and facilitation tools as required.
· You will work hand in hand with the General Manager on strategy and solutions
Your key skills and attributes will include
· Driven but personable - Passion, and flexibility, with gravitas.
· Strong willed but able to influence – ‘Sell not Tell’.
· Able to drive change in business practices, systems, roles.
· Show reasoning, data, and research to back up recommendations to the board.
· Experienced in bringing companies together – need to manage the expectation and needs of 4 companies and understanding their culture and ways of working.
· You may have experience from companies that have amalgamated or brought in sub brands where they have had to balance business plans, workloads, pressures, and IT systems.
· Able to handle potential controversy.
Essential
· Demonstrable track record in complex project and change management in a large corporate environment.
· Self starter, confident with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to present confidently to and drive change in senior stakeholders towards a common goal.
Desirable
· Automotive and Automotive finance experience.
· A consensus building ethos in balance with challenging thinking.
