The opportunity


The Strategy and Transactions (SaT) Executive is responsible for working with senior leadership (SSL, Competencies, Area and Connected Capital Solutions) in developing and implementing the global strategic priorities.
Technology Innovation is a strategic priority for SaT to help us better provide services to our Clients as well as disrupt our own ways of working in driving better insights, collaboration and improved ways of working.

An exciting role exists to enhance your development and broaden your experience as part of the SaT Global Innovation Team. As the Activation for one of our 3 Global Platforms, you will work with the SaT Global Innovation Team and Product Owners to drive adoption and support the change effort around the activation of the platform.


Key responsibilities will include:


  • Develop a fact-based strategy for improving adoption globally and supporting our users in using the platform through platform enhancements, training events, communications, stakeholder management and reporting
  • Work with the Product Owner and the Global Adoption and Change Lead to refine and implement the Activation approach and strategy, liaising with key stakeholders and SaT Labs to ensure it fits local requirement.
  • On the basis of the Activation approach, coordinate activation efforts Globally with the objective of driving adoption
  • On the basis of the Activation approach, develop key communication material such as a new Discover site, demo videos, case studies… (with support from BMC)
  • Continuously improve our ways of working and engaging with the business in order to further embed the platform into our ways of working and selling
  • Liaise with the Area and Regional SaT Lab Activation teams to ensure training and communications are effectively deployed locally
  • Work with Snr Stakeholders to manage a change management programme including Pilot Rollouts, feedback & stakeholder management, ahead of a Global deployment
  • Help analyse adoption report data and identify opportunities for further activation, and drive those initiatives globally


Skills and attributes for success


  • Strong understanding of EYP-Strategy offerings and good business acumen
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and SMRs and to adopt a collaborative and flexible approach to activating the platform
  • Experience working on large change programmes, ideally in a consulting organisation
  • Strong relationship & stakeholder development skills – a team player in all senses
  • Ability to work cross-geography and listen to various pints of view and perspectvies
  • Ability to assimilate complex information and organise the workload in order to meet deadlines and milestones
  • Strong communication, facilitation and influencing skills with the ability to effectively engage senior leadership
  • Good understanding of EY and SaT services
  • Self-starter; able to work independently, take initiative, work under pressure and deal with ambiguity
  • Willingness to learn and adapt
