More about your role
As our Change Analyst you will help to maintain a good understanding of Places for People, our people, processes, department strategies, current and future changes. You will develop and maintain one source of truth around stakeholders across the organisation, understanding the changes they are involved in, their change capability and identifying and organising support and development interventions where required to support colleagues through the change lifecycle.
You will also support the Business Change Manager in ensuring that lessons learned and feedback from stakeholders feeds into the continuous improvement of our change management framework; and support the Change Development Lead in the standardisation, systemisation and monitoring of organisation-wide change management maturity.
Key deliverables include, but are not limited to:
- Lead central change analysis capability – ensuring all changes are registered, understand how each impacts the other and monitoring of change processes being applied
- Maintain a group wide tiered stakeholder matrix showing an understanding of how each business function is impacted by group change
- Provide change analysis support to group colleagues as required – be a go to person to support colleagues understanding the change landscape and impacts
- Provide a suite of reports of ongoing and future change for the transformation leadership.

More about you
You will need to be interested in how projects and change are managed, ideally with some experience in this area but this is not essential if you are keen to learn and can do it quickly. We are looking for someone who has a strong eye for detail and takes pride in producing high quality documentation. You will also need an analysis skillset, and be able to source, log, analyse large sets of data to produce meaningful insights, reports and recommendations. We are looking for someone who is “people first” in their approach and is customer focused with strong communication skills.
In addition, we are looking for someone with a good understanding of the software development lifecycle, systemisation of data, cloud-based management and monitoring platforms to support the systemisation and monitoring of organisation-wide change landscape.
