We are looking for a Change Agent to join our team based in Broughton. Working as part of a team, you shall be responsible for managing and facilitating change activities within our plant. The work will vary and no one day will be the same. This opportunity will offer you the ability to work on different improvement projects across our site.


HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM

  • You will be responsible for Kaizen activity - you will help co-facilitate kaizen workshops

  • You will be responsible for facilitating workshops to help improve and deliver key projects

  • You will be working on business improvement initiatives to help improve safety, quality, cost etc.

  • Part of your role will involve providing structured feedback. You will be responsible for coaching and offering feedback to the operations team

  • Working as part of a team you shall help deliver the site strategy over next 5 years through a series of changes



ABOUT YOU

  • You will have previous experience of working within a production or manufacturing environment, ideally Aerospace or Automotive.

  • You will be familiar with lean production principles

  • We are looking for someone who has change management experience and has worked on continuous improvement projects

  • Ideally you will have six sigma experience
