FT - $3,000

PT - $1,500

Starting rate:

• Wages are determined on an experience based pay scale
• Wages begin at $17.50-$19.75

Responsibilities:

• Care for Residents in a skilled care setting under direction of nursing and medical staff.
• Will document care on Relias computer system.
• Creates a positive, encouraging and educational environment for Team Members.
• Ensures consistency among Supportive Living Communities in all operations, policies and procedures.
• Serves as a mentor/preceptor to new Nursing Assistants during orientation and as needed.

Qualifications:

• Must have a current PA Nursing Assistant Certification

Hours Per Week:

• 8-40

Schedule:

• Part-time
• Full-time
• 1st: 6:30am-3:00PM
• 2nd: 2:30pm-11:00pm
• 3rd: 10:30pm-7:00am

Work Location:

• Various locations on Willow Valley Communities campus
